Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment 2023 runs from May 1 through May 15. This is the time for benefits-eligible employees to sign up for medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, or make changes in their coverage choices (such as switching medical plans, adding coverage, and setting up or changing flexible spending accounts). Before selecting benefits, view the Current Benefits Plans webpage for our most up to date plan information.

All enrollments and changes made during the Open Enrollment period become effective on July 1, 2023 and continue through June 30, 2024.

If you do not complete the enrollment process for the upcoming plan year, your current coverages (except flexible spending account elections, which require a new election every year) will carry over to the new plan year.

Employees are required to provide dependent verification documentation such as a marriage license for your spouse/partner and a birth certificate for your dependent children. Please follow this guide on how to upload your documents to MyDU.

If you have questions or need assistance, contact benefits@y32666.com or call 303-871-7420.
